Sharing a post - Vote 'em out. Starter list of judges to vote out in NE this fall. These judges are ruling in favor of child molesters & child abusers, denying protection orders for families in danger and/or involved in actions unacceptable to be paid with taxpayer dollars. 1. Michael W. Pirtle - Appeals Court (said kids should live with the person molesting and abusing them) 2. Travis O'Gorman - District Court in western NE (unfair treatment of women in the courtroom etc) 3. Duane C. Dougherty - Douglas County District Court (refuses to hold child abuser accountable) 4. Craig Q. McDermott - Douglas County, County Court (reversed sexual assault protection orders for two kids only because corrupt Omaha attorney Dennis Whelan emailed him, with no hearing) 5. Mark down Nov. 3, 2026. Get to the polls. Get your neighbors and friends to the polls. We've had enough. The stories keep rolling in from all over Nebraska. Horrific stories of kids dying when CPS knew they were in danger, bruises and cuts on kids' faces and bodies, and a child with a head injury. Kids living with sex offenders. Vote 'em out. Send me info on others. We'll get rid of them too. After that we will let the public know exactly who is being considered to fill their seats, submit comments with evidence of backroom deals and corruption to the Judicial Nominating Committee, and ensure better people replace them. After all, these people are paid with OUR tax dollars. And for those of us speaking out about the truth, they will come after us. They will file defamation against us. They will retaliate. They will gag order us, making seeing our kids contingent on none of us telling Nebraskans where their tax dollars are going - promoting Nebraska children living with abusers. We will speak the truth. Because it's the LAW. Join us. We have a huge group forming and we ain't stoppin' til every single person who has helped an abuser is no longer in a position of power and no longer paid with OUR tax dollars.
