Research (NOAA/CIRES 2025-26) confirms that alumina nanoparticles heat the stratosphere and slow down the polar winds. If the vortex is broken, your local seeding won't have the atmospheric pressure it needs to create consistent rain. ​Ozone & UV Bleaching: The 'Metal Ash' from these satellites provides the surface area for ozone-destroying reactions. A thinner ozone layer means higher UV, which changes the thermal lift of the clouds you’re trying to seed. ​The Mars Vector: We are essentially performing an 'uncontrolled geoengineering experiment' that is stripping the moisture out of the upper atmosphere.
