Kamel Toe says the American dream no longer exists or is no longer attainable for most Americans.. I say it is if you set priorities , budget & plan.. It's hard to do if your priorities are , expensive phones , new cars for both of you , $7 coffee , eating out often , expensive clothes & many other things that you can live without.. Your first home may not be your dream home but building equity is better than renting any day..
