Yesterday, the Department of Public Service in New York State announced Zeryai Hagos, the previous Executive Director of ORES, had stepped down.
This timing is not coincidental.
The day before, on April 27, 2026, three different lawsuits from Montgomery County, Glen FARMLand, and the Town of Glen were filed against ORES. The cases are complementary of one another and dive into the unprecedented injustices that have gone on with Mill Point Solar.
We’re also approaching another milestone.
In the next 4-weeks, it’s expected ORES will issue a final permit to Fort Edward Solar. A solar complex sited for one of the last grasslands of its kind throughout the entire Northeast. The solar project I will legally challenge no matter what.
There’s something fishy with Fort Edward Solar. It’s why they hosted a terribly organized oral argument last month out of nowhere. They know they took it too far with the environmental destruction.
Signing the final permit for Fort Edward Solar is not a legacy I’d want, personally.
They also know, considering I’ve been blatantly posting since October, that we are funding and bringing forth our own lawsuits. They know the show is just beginning. They know there is coordination between towns and nonprofits.
They know New Yorkers are awakening. New Yorkers are tired of being treated as expendable assets in a climate show, all for virtual signaling and the benefit of NYC.
As the DPS press releases states: they are conducting a nationwide search for a permanent Executive Director. This implies the DPS did not know Hagos was going to quit.
Or, it’s part of something predetermined. Perhaps NY knows the 2019 Climate Act will drive the state off a cliff. Perhaps this is part of a reshuffling that’s already been strategically configured.
Time will tell.
Keep emailing, calling, sharing these posts, and commenting. It’s absolutely working.
