VICTORY‼️
In a unanimous decision today, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that nonprofits can challenge state subpoenas for donor information in First Choice Women’s Resource Center v. Davenport.
The ruling now permits nonprofits to go to federal court before complying or turning over their donor lists and information to state agencies.
America’s Future filed a brief supporting First Choice.
