He was competent enough to immediately boast about butchering “that white girl.” This monster was competent enough to rack up 14 prior violent offenses, stand in court for them, and still get turned loose on the streets. But the second the death penalty enters the picture, suddenly he’s magically “incompetent” and too broken to face justice. Impeach and punish every corrupt judge and official who kept releasing this career predator, allowing him to slaughter Iryna Zarutska. Federal charges had better stick hard and deliver the death penalty to this animal—caught on camera in a clear act of racial hate murder. Make it a public execution. Enough is enough. Kill the evil.
