In Exodus chapter 33 the LORD reminded Moses as he lead the children of Israel that His presence will be with him. Jesus gave us an invitation to come unto Him and He promised we would find rest. We are reminded in Hebrews that there is rest waiting for us who are saved. This is a spiritual rest, an act of faith that assures us that God is with us no matter what we are facing at any given moment. Perhaps this day finds you with difficult and hard decisions to make, perhaps it has greeted you with much sorrow, or trial your of faith. As a child of God resolve to do nothing but to by faith embrace the promise of Christ that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Take rest knowing He is with you. You are not alone in whatever you are facing today.
