42 years ago today Ken Patera and Mr. Saito were arrested in Waukesha, Wisconsin following an incident where Patera allegedly threw a rock (or a boulder) at a window of a McDonald’s restaurant after being refused service after the restaurant had closed.They would later be convicted of assaulting officers that came to their hotel to arrest them. According to an article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel "It took 13 officers to pin and ultimately handcuff the two wrestlers... it took two sets of handcuffs and six officers to restrain and get the handcuffs on Saito." One of the officers had broken teeth, a concussion and a ruptured appendix and another suffered a concussion.
