But true love does not arise between two hearts— it reveals itself when two hearts bow before the One that breathes them. True love is: the fire that does not burn, the sweetness that never fades, the silence that lives within sound and the sound that is born from silence. When true love awakens, the world loses its weight. Time becomes eternity, form becomes transparency, and desire transforms into devotion. Then the heart flows— toward the beloved and into everything that is. True love sees itself in the partner, in the leaf, in the wind, in the gaze of the other and in the depth of one’s own silence. It does not ask about closeness or distance, not about you or me, for in its light the many merge into the One. True love is not “my” love— it is the love of the Self for the Self, embracing all, forgiving all, healing all. When it touches you, it dissolves the “I” in the ocean of Being.
