Revelation 12:9 “And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world…”
DECEIVED:
Satan’s greatest power is not force—it is deception.
He does not rule by strength, but by lies.
God has limited the devil’s power. Satan has never been, and
will never be, equal with God.
Yet many Christians live as if the Devil is God’s equal—he is not.
God alone possesses the three “omni” attributes:
Omnipotence – All-powerful
Omniscience – All-knowing
Omnipresence – Ever-present
Satan, as a created being, possesses none of these.
He is not all-powerful—he can be resisted.
He is not all-knowing—he can be outmatched.
He is not everywhere present—he is limited.
God allows the devil to roam, but never to reign.
God allows temptation, but always provides a way to stand.
Ephesians 6:11 “Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.”
Satan’s power is real—but it is restricted, permitted, and ultimately defeated.
