BREAKING: Bank of America forced to pay $72.5 MILLION to Epstein survivors over accusations it helped fund a trafficking empire.
Survivors sued the bank, saying they helped enable his sex-trafficking operation -- one of the largest banks in the country of profiting while abuse continued.
The bank still refuses to fully own it, but paid up.
The case also pointed to ties with Ghislaine Maxwell and financier Leon Black, who avoided testifying after the deal was reached. Survivors say the bank failed to monitor accounts and didn’t file suspicious activity reports in time.
And remember, this follows massive payouts from JPMorgan at $290 million and Deutsche Bank at $75 million.
