THE CASE FOR TREASON It has become clear that the Democrats have long viewed taking and retaining political power thru any means including lying, cheating and outright election fraud as their one unifying goal. In that effort to gain and retain power they want to use the non-negotiable power of the government to impose their own agenda on the rest of us regardless of our own beliefs. We have seen them repeatedly vote in lock-step either to resist legislation that weakened that goal or their agenda or to pass legislation that enhanced their ability to advance that goal. While our form of government permits differing political beliefs and goals it seems clear that the Democrats have gone so far over the line in the recent past that it qualifies as conduct that not only negatively affects our elections, but in some cases can be viewed as treason.For example, in order to keep the ability for illegals to vote for them in elections they have repeatedly voted against measures designed to ensure that only citizens who are entitled to vote can vote. For example, despite claims by the Democrats and the MSM that there is no significant voter fraud, the Pugh Institute and Harvard University, hardly a Conservative bastion conducted a study that revealed huge numbers of illegal aliens have registered to vote and in many cases actually voted in past federal elections. In at least one case a Democrat, Al Franken, was likely elected to the Senate thru illegals voting for him. A more recent study reported in the journal “Electoral Studies” showed that roughly one quarter of non-citizens” in the U.S. were likely registered to vote. In 2014, the academic journal Electoral Studies published a groundbreaking study by three scholars who estimated how frequently non-citizens were illegally voting. Based on data for the 2008 presidential and congressional elections, the study found that: “roughly one quarter of non-citizens” in the U.S. “were likely registered to vote.” “6.4% of non-citizens actually voted.” 81.8% of them “reported voting for Barack Obama.” illegal votes cast by non-citizens “likely” changed “important election outcomes” in favor of Democrats, “including Electoral College votes” and a “pivotal” U.S. Senate race that enabled Democrats to pass Obamacare. The study’s voter registration rate was estimated with data from two key sources: A national survey in which 14.8% of non-citizens admitted that they were registered to vote. A database of registered voters that reveals what portion of the surveyed non-citizens “were in fact registered” even though “they claimed not to be registered.” By combining these data, the author’s “best” estimate was that 25.1% of non-citizens were illegally registered to vote.This resistance to this legislation is despite the fact that over 80% of all Americans favor it and their rationale for their negative votes is total bovine scatology. In the most recent act they have totally shut down funding to the Department of Homeland Security at the very time that we are in a state of armed conflict with Iran. In the interim at least four separate acts of terrorism have occurred in our country when the very agencies designed to protect us from such act are deliberately without funding.At the same time Democrats are claiming we had no justification to attack Iran when they or their surrogates have killed thousands of Americans, the have attempted to assassinate President Trump and clearly had every intention of creating nuclear weapons with the almost certain intention to use them against us. In negotiations Iran admitted to not only building thousand of rockets but also retaining almost a thousand pounds of enriched uranium and stated they had no intention of stopping their march to a nuclear weapons.On top of that Democrats are encouraging resistance, including physical resistance, to the legal actions of the federal government in enforcing our immigration laws. Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech or organization, that tends toward rebellion against the established order and this conduct on their part sure looks like sedition to me.While the Constitution permits vast discretion in political speech and actions it does not permit outright treason or sedition. IMHO the DOJ should be looking into whether this most recent conduct of Democrats falls within the definition of treason in the Constitution which states “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.” It is hard to argue the the actions of the Democrats are not both seditious as well as outright treasonous.
