ROMANS 11 — SETTLES IT — GOD IS NOT FINISHED WITH ISRAEL Romans 11:1 (KJV) — “I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid.”That is not a suggestion. That is a direct rebuke. The claim that God is finished with Israel and replaced them with the Church is not just mistaken—it directly contradicts what God said. The Apostle Paul, writing under inspiration of the Holy Ghost, shuts it down in plain language: “God forbid.”God is not confused about His promises. Romans 11:2 (KJV) — “God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.”Israel’s failure did not cancel God’s covenant. Their unbelief did not erase His word. If God could break His promises to Israel, then no promise in your Bible would be secure—including your salvation. That’s the real danger of this false teaching. Romans 11:17 (KJV) — “…thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them…”The Church was not planted as a replacement. The Gentiles were added. We were grafted in—not swapped in. You don’t replace a tree by grafting branches into it. Romans 11:25 (KJV) — “…blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.”Notice the word: ‘until'.Israel’s blindness is not permanent—it is temporary. God has a timeline, and He is not finished. What men call “replacement,” God calls a pause with a purpose. Romans 11:26 (KJV) — “And so all Israel shall be saved…”That future promise stands. God will fulfill it exactly as written. Then Paul gives the reason no man can overturn it: Romans 11:29 (KJV) — “For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.”God does not take back what He promised. He does not rewrite covenants because man fails. If He did, you would have no hope.So here is the truth: God did not cast away Israel God did not replace Israel God temporarily set them aside God is still going to fulfill every promise He madeThis isn’t about opinion. It’s about whether you believe what God actually said.Be careful of any teaching that makes God unfaithful to His word. If it changes Israel, it will eventually change the Gospel.Stand where the Bible stands.
