𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗗 𝗕𝗬 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔 Pontus Sevius Age: 30-year-old Pontus died after receiving Moderna's Covid vaccine in February 2022. In the fall of 2021, the Swedish Public Health Agency found that Moderna's covid vaccine Spikevax increased the risk of heart muscle inflammation and pericarditis in people born in 1991 or later, especially in boys and young men. As a result, the agency recommended that it not be used by these age groups. Despite this, Pontus was given Moderna's covid-19 vaccine and shortly afterwards the 30-year-old collapsed in the street and died of a heart attack. His wife, Michaela Olofsson, fought for Pontus' cause of death, and Kammarkollegiet, the agency that acts as the government's insurance company, eventually confirmed that Pontus' death was "due to Moderna's covid-19 vaccine". His partner and daughter received SEK 30,000 (€2 600) each as compensation for grief and loss. The Swedish Health and Care Inspectorate (IVO) is now criticizing the Värmland region for the vaccination error.
