Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." (John 14:6) Jesus said, "I am the door; if anyone enters through Me, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture." (John 10:9) Jesus said in John 8:12, "I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life." Jesus made it clear that He is the light of the world and if we want to walk in light rather than darkness, we have to follow Him. David says in Psalms 18:28, "For You will light my lamp; The LORD my God will enlighten my darkness." What is meant by darkness of our lives? Bible says that we are corrupted because of Adam and Eve’s sin. Sin, death, darkness, problems, pain, tears, suffering and sickness came in this world because of their sin. But I have a good news for you. We need not to live in darkness anymore, because Jesus – the light of the world has come to enlighten our lives. Jesus said that He is the light of the world and if we do not have Jesus in our lives we are not in light but in darkness. Jesus came to enlighten our lives and He came to pull us out from the utter darkness of this world. By accepting Jesus in our lives we can have the light of life. Jesus said in John 10:11-14,
