The Samarian community in Minnesota comes from a tribal culture that does not share American values, principles, morals, ethics and their culture compel them to take unfair advantage of all those outside of their tribe. Therefore, fraud against the rest of us is encouraged as is the blackmail and coercion of politicians to capitulate, cooperate and even collude with them in fraud. That is exactly how Jesse Jackson Sr. got started in 1968 after MLK's assassination when he initiated the "Rainbow Coalition" and "Operation Bread Basket". It turned out to be a running fraud based on blackmail and coercion. (I personally saw him do just that to my father’s business.) The Democrats in power were afraid to do anything about it and in some cases financially benefited by cooperating with him. Now, illegal aliens are doing the same thing and again the Democrats are all in on it!
