There is a long-standing tradition for those troops in military service to indulge in a feast the night prior to an important battle. 2000 years ago in Roman times, they were welcome to a banquet feast with plenty of wine and beer in addition to the company of a bevy of concubines and servants. But that tradition actually goes back much farther, over 5000 years ago to the Babylonians, Egyptians, Syrians, etc. That tradition is still very appropriate today for those brave soldiers who accept the real risk of death or dismemberment in service to their country. The difference today is that there is no more drinking or carousing to go with the feast. However, woke Democrats would deny that tradition to our servicemen unless they are doing the bidding of radical progressive politicians, ignorant woke Democrats,“ Fake News” and enemies of America.
