Costco is taking legal action to get back the tariffs it paid under Trump’s administration after a court ruled them unlawful. The company says if they succeed, the refunds could be used to lower prices for members, not just sit in their accounts. It’s interesting to see a major retailer actively pushing to return value to customers instead of waiting for government action.
