NEW: 22-year-old arrested for allegedly r*ping a 94-year-old woman in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.Jeremiah Taylor is accused of carrying out the horrendous act.During a press conference, Police Chief TJ Morse was visibly irritated as he explained how Taylor was previously arrested for r*pe, burglary, and unauthorized entry.His most recent arrest was dismissed by District Attorney Hillar Moore's office, according to WAFB 9."It is a source of frustration in our department and with our officers. Why this has happened is some questions that I would love you all to ask the rest of the judicial system," Morse said.The victim reportedly suffered broken bones during the attack.
