Colossians 3:25 “But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.”
WRONG
When someone does wrong to another person, they may believe they are harming someone else. But the Bible teaches that their actions eventually come back upon themselves.
God is just. No wrong escapes His notice.
The person who commits the wrong will one day receive for the wrong which he hath done. God shows no respect of persons.
Wealth, status, or influence cannot shield anyone from the consequences of sin.
For the one who has been hurt, this truth brings comfort.
God is able to heal wounds, restore hearts, and even bring glory to Himself through the trials we endure.
For the one who committed the wrong, there is only one path to true healing: repentance. When a person humbles themselves before God, forgiveness and restoration can begin.
Until then, the burden of their actions remains upon them.
So when others wrong you, remember that God sees, God knows, and God judges righteously.
