📖 Psalm 89:14 “Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.”
God is not only merciful — He is just.
Justice requires judgment — because right and wrong must be distinguished.
Mercy does not erase justice.
Mercy follows truth.
When truth is received, mercy is experienced.
When truth is rejected, justice remains.
God does not change to fit man.
Man is called to respond to God.
Too often today, people do not reject God outright — they reshape Him.
They prefer:
Mercy without justice
Love without wrath
Grace without judgment
Heaven without hell
But that is not the God who sits on the throne described in Psalm 89.
God’s throne rests on justice and judgment.
Mercy walks before Him — but never replaces Him.
The question is not: Do you believe in a god?
The real question is: Do you worship God…or one made in your own image?
