The Democrats are blaming Trump for not making housing affordable.. Here's some inconvenient truths , in Trump's first term he had mortgage rates down to 2.65% then Biden came along and , like everything else , it went through the roof reaching 7.79%... Just to give the Dems some perspective , a 30 year loan for $200K at 2.65% is $805.93 .... The same 30 year loan for $200K at 7.79% is $1,450.00.. That's $604 more per month with Bidens " affordable housing"..

Yep and you can't just buy any old house and fix it up if you are financing a house it has to be move in ready which most of the time unless you're buying a fairly new home you can't get financing so your mortgage will end up costing you $2,000 or more a month for 30 years.
