The Somali migrant truck driver was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 61 in Missouri in the Northbound lanes for miles before correcting course.

He was driving at around 50 mph, and forced multiple vehicles to swerve out of his way.
Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers eventually pulled the Somali migrant driver of the truck over after it used a crossover to switch directions.

During the stop, troopers gave Ibrahim Ali an English proficiency test, which he failed.
He couldn't even identify standard road signs.
Even so, he was given a valid CDL issued by Minnesota.
