"SOMEONE MIGHT TAKE IT THE WRONG WAY" I recall an old western where Wayne tells a sheriff, "You've been trying real hard not to tell me something." Sadly, I often get the same impression from preachers when they attempt to deal with a sin issue. The world has so poisoned preachers with its politically correct mannerisms that some men spend more time and effort working on HOW to say something than on WHAT to say! In fact, I sometimes have to read or listen to a man two or three times just to figure out what he DID say. It's getting crazy out there.Young man, if God wants you to say something, JUST SAY IT! Don't let the devil put any finishing touches on your message. Just PRAY IT AND SAY IT! "But someone might take it the wrong way." LOL...Welcome aboard, buddy! Someone WILL take it the wrong way, but don't worry about it. If you are delivering Bible truth, then pray about it and fire away! If you do it the wrong way, you will learn and better yourself in time. Yes, you have some rough edges, but so did Elijah, Nehemiah, Paul and John the Baptist. Don't worry about it. Pray and let GOD do the sanding as He sees fit. If you let man do the sanding, you'll have nothing left. God didn't give THEM the message; He gave it to YOU. So, YOU preach it without their approval or their influence. You will learn from your mistakes and you will grow and get better. JUST SAY IT.
