There are few greater confirmations that Trump is owned by Israel than he made Mike Huckabee US ambassador to Israel. But there is a much deeper significance to this conversation with fellow Christian Tucker Carlson. They are discussing what ‘God’ said in the Bible (Genesis 15:18) about giving ‘Abraham’s descendants’ all the land from Iraq to Egypt (‘the Euphrates to the Nile’ or ‘Greater Israel’). The problem comes when the Bible is taken as a historical document. It is NOT. There is no evidence (and quite the opposite) outside its pages for enormous swathes of alleged key events and yet we are still seeking to justify the ownership of the Middle East in 2026 based on texts written by who knows who, who knows when, in who knows what circumstances. That is insane.
