Jim was born in Scotland not far from where Gerard Butler was born. A career in the Education field has had Dr. Garrow as a College President, Teachers College Principal as well as classroom teacher, lecturer and High School Principal. Acting was a hobby as a high school student and during his University days he volunteered with the Salvation Army organizing Saturday Clubs for Mentally Challenged adults.
