If you’re concerned about ongoing weather manipulation, forget HAARP. There are plans for a far more powerful system and it’s quite literally out of this world. The Australian government has just announced a joint venture with the Japanese space agency to build the most powerful HF transmitter, not just in the world, but in the entire universe. Located on the moon, the 1.21Gigawatt transmitter will be coupled to a large scale phased array antenna system (twelve times the size of the HAARP array), which can direct its beam anywhere on earth with pinpoint accuracy. Affectionately known as Operation Moon Phase, the system was inspired by the Death Star from the early Star Wars movies. Spokesperson for the project, Dr B. Oolsyit, claims that whilst the array is powerful enough to destroy an entire city, it will only be used for weather research. But various groups have expressed outrage over the project, believing it will be used for weather modification and possibly even for earthquake generation. “Not even blue paint can protect your house against the force of this weapon” exclaimed one activist. Construction was secretly started in 2020 when most people had their attention focused on the pandemic. The installation is expected to be completed in 2027. It will go into alpha testing by 2028 and be fully operational by 2030. Dr B.
