LIFE Act 2000 "late amnesty" extension for IRCA denials.9. The Biden administration encouraged at least 20 million more foreign nationals (aliens) to enter illegally. So, over the last 50 years a good estimate of the number of aliens that have entered the country illegally is over 50 million!
