One of the proposed tracking methods includes installing transponders in every single vehicle, and another used cell phone tracking. I don't know about you, but I have zero desire for the government to know when and where I'm going all the time. I also don't think the California government deserves any more of our money. We're seeing billions in fraud and waste, trains that go nowhere, homelessness that's never solved, free healthcare for illegal aliens, and the list goes on and on. So what makes the bureaucrats in Sacramento think that they deserve any more of our hard-earned money?"
