John Kennedy should introduce and attach an amendment to the Bill that the Democrats have that demands ICE remove their masks , It would make it a federal offense to wear a mask or otherwise hide or disguise your face in a public place without a verified medical certificate from a doctor.. It should also have a $10,000 penalty for any doctor to issue a certificate without a verifiable diagnosis. You show me yours and I'll show you mine..
