Amy Klobuchar will be barred from running for governor in Minnesota, according top the state's own constitution. Article 3, Section 5 of Minnesota's founding document states that no one under suspicion of felonious behavior will be able to register to run for high office. Klobuchar is currently under investigation by the FBI for both the huge Medicaid fraud case in Minnesota and her alleged use of the autopen during the Biden Administration. Both of those things disqualify her.
