STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
"If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” (Rom. 12:18)
I started to say that I'll never understand why some Christians ENJOY being at war with other Christians, but I actually DO understand it. It's called THE FLESH. That old Adamic nature enjoys strife and debate, so we'll strive and debate at the drop of a hat, unless we DENY the flesh and walk in the Spirit (Rom. 6:11-14; I Cor. 3:1-3)
Friend, if you can't get along with someone, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! Don't talk about them, and don't talk to them; just STAY AWAY FROM THEM and pray. There are eight billion people on this planet, so there must be someone that you can befriend and not have to fight. You don't have to point out all disagreements, and you don't have to "expose" everyone that doesn't measure up to your lofty standard. There's no dishonor in just walking away and finding better company without causing trouble. That's called LIVING PEACEABLY, and it's commanded in the Book.
You disagree with what a preacher said? Fine, now move on and don't start trouble. If he's teaching provable heresy, then maybe he'll have to be exposed at some point, but most disagreements are not heresy and are not worth a fight. Just STAY AWAY from the guy and enjoy your peace. Your flesh might disagree with that, but you can tell your flesh to shut up while the real, born-again you walks in the Spirit. Mature, spiritually-minded Christians do this all the time, and SO CAN YOU. Sure, there's a time of war, but there's also a time of peace (Ecc. 3:8), but you'll never find it by walking in the flesh and handling every little disagreement like selfish, impulsive little children.
