Oregon's Sanctuary status: Too many candidates are dancing around this issue. I'm not. In accordance with the Constitution of our nation, immigration is 100% controlled by the Federal government. For any state to create their own is a Federal violation. The Constitution places immigration and naturalization under federal control, preventing states from creating their own inconsistent policies. Sanctuary laws in Oregon must be removed and NOT REPLACED or FIXED. They should not have been created in the first place and I will do everything necessary to remove them. Remember, just say NO to communism and socialism.
