Every cell phone tower mast cell that's being placed around you and that radiation blasts into your home is experimental by nature. You never signed up and asked to receive it. A Telecom CEO decided it was a good idea instead. Same with your Children in public school being radiated from a WiFi Repeater over the brain with the artificial lighting. These experiments based on the Conditions of the Environment go unnoticed and unchecked because they are right under the noses of everyone and are much easier to push upon the world. It's the same for when a product has a narrative for "saving lives," which there is no verified evidence that it was the product that ever saved the person's life as a person's own immunity without the product can also "saved the life" of that person without it. So they needed to increase the propaganda to the point of conflicting with the entire premise of Science itself, Science that works in theories, not proofs or facts or matter-of-facts." Science only gives us "best fits" for what we know at the moment in the ever-changing area of Science. So they invented the term "Safe and Effective" as a matter-of-fact way to brainwash the masses to prey upon Human Safety after they've whipped up and created the Fear. First sell the fear, then offer the safety or "the cure" to get you IN THE EXPERIMENT. You'd think Humanity would have learned 100 years ago when the Snake Oil Salesmen made their rounds. Industry simply repeats and invokes the same emotional responses in humans to do stupid sh!t.
