Good Morning, all: I want to address a comment I made on a podcast earlier about Wimkin "shutting down" on 2/1. That was meant as "Wimkin as you know it" is dead come 2/1. First, I would really love it if everyone would actually take the time to go and read what not only big tech and MSM did to us, but the Biden Administration did to us for 4 total years until 1/2025. We were shutdown under that draconian dystopian realm for 4 years until 1/2025. I have worked tirelessly for free speech. Sacrificed my life, family, physical health, emotional health, and mental health for it. I have built this on the ONLY successful model that works, and that is Facebook. Facebook literally has billions upon billions of dollars which was given to them by many governments, investors - to build a surveillance state for the world. Wimkin was done on a shoestring budget whereas other platforms are fed $. Rumble, that many people seem to love has literally lost hundreds of millions of dollars every single year, for a 5 year trend, even operating at an annual 300+ million dollar net loss. Our largest streaming bill for a month with Mux was $36,313.23. A single month. Every time you watch live, I pay. Everytime you watch in replay, I pay. Per the second. Essentially, every time I have tried to do what is best for this BUSINESS and those few who actually put a little $ behind it, I was met with resistance, chastised, and basically burned at the proverbial stake. All by the people that keep the enemies of free speech going (Facebook, Twitter (now X because Elon - the richest man in the world who didn't build a single thing - bought it). Up to $279/year for a single blue checkmark. So, on 2/1/26, Wimkin is going to start running as a business to make shareholders money. To grow. To find people that actually share the vision of patriotism and belief that a platform like this matters. We aren't going away. We aren't going anywhere. You voted on us going public and we are going to show the public how we can generate income instead of me paying for everything while ignoring my personal obligations. It is really that simple. Wimkin is going to earn $ and turn major profits. We always could have - but nobody wanted to let us. I have 17% equity over majority. I plan to give this 17% to 17 podcasters to bring their shows and make this platform where it should have always been. Rather than pay influencers $5,000 a month for a single post, this is my plan. I appreciate each and every one of you but know I cannot please each and every one of you. I cannot make a perfect platform without $. I am not superhuman even though I have tried to be. I am sorry for the stream chat lags. I am sorry for video chat not being up to FB standards. I am sorry this and I am imperfect. I have done my best. Truly.
