Salvation is NOT a process.
It was finished at Calvary—not in a church building, not through personal reform, and not by religious effort.
Only Jesus Christ could be made sin for you.
Only Jesus Christ could atone for your sin.
Only Jesus Christ could die in your place so that you might receive the gift of life.
Romans 5:15 —“But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.”
Salvation is a gift by grace—not a debt to be paid, and not something earned through works, rituals, or religious service.
If you could assist in your salvation, you would become a co-saviour. That can never be—because it would make you His equal.
Salvation is fully accomplished by Him alone, because He alone was made sin for us.
If you believe you can achieve or contribute to salvation, you are no longer trusting grace—you have departed from it.
Galatians 5:4 (KJV) — “Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.”
Grace needs no help.
Christ needs no assistance.
Salvation is finished.
