BIG WIN IN THE NEW YEAR! 🇺🇸 Today, the Ninth Circuit ruled in Baird v. Bonta that California’s ban on open carry in counties with more than 200,000 persons is unconstitutional as it “is inconsistent with the Second Amendment’s right to bear arms as applied to the states through the Fourteenth Amendment.” America’s Future is proud to have helped win this victory by filing an amicus brief to protect our constitutional rights.
