A good parent knows that when a child misbehaves they must be disciplined or else they will continue to misbehave.If I was a judge prosecutor mayor or governor who is responsible for the safety of the people I am serving what would happen to me if I released violent convicted felons back on the streets, I believe I would be held accountable as an accomplice for every crime they commit. If this was done I believe the judges prosecutors mayors and governors would think twice before releasing monsters on innocent citizens they are pledged to protect.
