This is at a Florida Bird show. Miss Tequila Sunrise is a female Vos Mari Eclectus parrot. She has won many first place in several exotic birds shows Also she was my side kick around Florida when I use to teach as a vollunteer at the State of Florida Fish and Game Free kids fishing clinics around the state. She would bob her head yes or shake it NO. and say yea or an angry sound at all the right times. I taught "How to be a good fisherman" all around the state. We talked about controlling trash and cleaning up after yourself. To limit your catch, not to catch your limit. How to not roar a boat through a posted no wake zone and the wildlife that can be harmed. That you can take a picture of your really big fish and have a fiberglass replica made cheaper. The bigger fish usuall have parasites, and worms. So the mid size fish are best for eating. Besides that my famous line was We throw the big fish back to make lots of baby fish, so we all get to fish! It was better than fighting drunk rednacks in Okeechobe.(You know the place) So I met allot of people, and allot of kids who will never forget us. The topic at work to a very wealthy coworker. Asked me if I knew anybody around Naples and I had told him I knew pretty much I knew almost everyone from Naples to Tampa to Fort Pierce to key west. He scofted at me. 3 weeks later he came back to Connecticut. He said to me." I will NEVER ask ANYONE if they know you in Florida EVER again. Merry Christmas from the hell that is Connecticut.
