Isaiah 9:6 “For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder…”BORN.The exact date of Jesus’ birth is not recorded—and it is not the point.What matters is that He was born, and His birth is worth honoring, no matter how the world corrupts it with Santa, reindeer, and empty tradition.His birth declared a greater truth: government belongs on His shoulders.Yet the world rejected the Son of God and chose the rule of men instead.So when people complain about governments, remember this—there are consequences for trusting political power over God’s provision: God gave mankind His Son.No political party and no political figure can save America or make her great again.Only the Lord Jesus Christ can.And if the church refuses to stand for God, judgment follows when a nation looks to politicians instead of Heaven.
