As tribal as those muthafarkers are we're supposed to believe they have any solidarity with anyone other than their first cousins? I've lived too long not to know that other "brown people" are as capable of being bigoted a-holes as any other group. If anything their tribe-first kleptoculture would make them more likely to discriminate by ethnicity.
