Why Celebrate the Birth of Jesus?Why do you celebrate your own birthday?Why do you honor the birthdays of your parents, siblings, family, and friends?Because a birth matters. An arrival changes everything.The birth of Jesus Christ matters more than any other birth in human history. God stepped into time. Heaven touched earth. Salvation began its march toward the Cross.Yes, the world—and false religion—have corrupted much of what belongs to Christ: His birth, His words, His church, His promises, even His preachers. But corruption does not cancel truth. Just because the world pollutes something holy does not mean we abandon it altogether.Don’t throw out what is sacred simply because the world has mishandled it.Refuse to let worldly corruption keep you from recognizing Christ’s arrival. You can—and should—celebrate His birth without bowing to Santa, elves, reindeer, or empty traditions. Honoring Christ does not require embracing distractions.If you refuse to acknowledge His birth, then the world has successfully conditioned you to erase something that should be recognized, honored, and preached. Christ’s birth was intentional. His life was purposeful. His death was redemptive.Celebrate Him. Proclaim Him. Keep your focus where it belongs.Jesus Christ came into the world for a reason—and that reason is worth remembering.
