No they weren't but I highly doubt if the birthright citizenship was revoked it would be applicable. His parents came here legally on Visas. Will probably be grandfathered in on the 14th amendment.

My mom came here in 1949. She had to wait 3 yrs to become a citizen. Years after that she met my father and had my brother and me. If she had us before she became a citizen you're saying my citizenship should be revoked too? I'm 67 and served my country from '91-2000. I'm done! Have a good day
