Civilians work to keep those Plants from becoming a NUCLEAR BOMB. Some DIE or get injured from Russia Attacks. Question is how many are left that KNOW how to work those Plants and keep those Plants from BLOWING THE FUC*UP. While the Rest of the World Play Politics.
