BIG WIN IN THE D.C. CIRCUIT In a 2-1 decision today, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit upheld the President's power to fire Gwynne Wilcox as a member of the NLRB. That ruling in Trump v. Wilcox upholds the President’s power to remove members of multi-member government agencies.
