Some of the pictures I forwarded to my friends in the corporate office of PFJ. My phone will likely light up tomorrow morning. This was inside a Huddle House restaurant inside the Flying J. It was disgusting to say the least. It appears that it has never been cleaned properly. A cess pool of bacteria. The filth is everywhere. Not one inch of the entire space was clean. Just smeared film of grease with the sticky tac with whatever you touched. This is not only unsanitary it is a factor when the entire structure will go up in flames. I would lay a month's revenue that the kitchen overhead has never been cleaned by a professional company. Can you imagine what that looks like? How many inches of grease is inside that? How much do wanna bet that after they see this. The entire place will be closed until they resolve this issue? I'm pretty sure it will be resolved immediately.
