I think 10 yrs of not sleeping well finally affecting me physically. Friend gave me Xanax and slept really well. Feel sooo much better.

It does affect you. When I get a decent nights sleep....and I use that term cause I never get a good, proper nights sleep....I fell better the following day. On any other typical night I usually feel close to wrath the next day.
