Muslim extremist who beat & robbed a TPUSA attendee at UC Berkeley has been identified as Jihad Dphrepaulezz. The 25-year-old - who listed California Public health as his employer - also tried to hide his face after his cover was pulled off and attends the Lighthouse Mosque in Oakland, Calif. The DOJ has now launched a federal investigation into the protests that erupted outside the TPUSA event at UC Berkeley. Led by the DOJ's Civil Rights Division, it will look into how the far-left Antifa & Muslim protesters violated the First and Fourteenth Amendments on conservatives, focusing on leftist agitators' mob tactics—including assaults and intimidation—and its impact on free expression and equal protection under the law.The incident is the latest in what critics call a pattern of leftist intolerance and violence on American campuses, coming about a month after the ass*ssination of Charlie Kirk. Antifa has been designated a terrorist organization and the DOJ says they will hold universities and local authorities (that the DOJ says were unprepared) accountable for failing to protect lawful assemblies. "Mob assault and thuggish intimidation of Americans exercising their First Amendment rights are unacceptable," said Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Harmeet K. Dhillon, adding that Berkeley's history of violence will no longer be tolerated. The event titled "This is the Turning Point" featured comedian Rob Schneider and author Frank Turek, had more than 1,0000 attendees.Anti-conservative agitators lit flares, hurled fireworks and glass bottles, deployed tear gas, and rattled barricades while banging pots and shouting slogans like "Fascists out of Berkeley." A car backfire sparked panic, with people thinking it was gunfire. At least four people were taken into custody, including:Dphrepaulezz - charged with robbery and battery for the street assaultChristopher Joseph Benton, 48, a non-student, booked for trespassing and resisting officers and Jay Eduardo Maytorena, 22, a student, cited for similar offenses. Four UC Berkeley students also faced felony vandalism charges A 45-year-old event attendee suffered a head laceration from a thrown glass bottle or jar
