For all the reasons to have a tree, one is to savor the colors in the fall. A few years ago I heard this bit of wisdom: "The best time to plant a tree is twenty years ago. The second best time is now." I did a search to get a credit but credit has not been established. I found that there is also another version. "The two best times to plant a tree are 30 years ago and today."
