To whom do you pay tribute? Who do you fear? Who do you honor? This passage in Romans talks about the duty of God’s ministers. They should pay their dues, tribute, custom, honor, and be fearful of only one: God. Only he can judge the quick and the dead. It is only God that deserves tribute, honor, or fear, and as His ministers, it is our duty.
